CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF 'EASEMENT FROM
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO (SAN~ITARY. SEWER ,EASEMENT).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of' South San Francisco
1. A Grant of Easement dated June 28, 1976, by the Housing Authority
of the City 'of South San Francisco to the City of SoUth San Francisco
conveying a sanitary sewer easement, is hereby accepted.
2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record or cause
recordation of said Grant of Easement in the official records of the County
of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a ~egu~/ar meeting held on the ~gth day of October , 1977,
by the following vote:
