CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A 'GRANT DEED FROM THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
(SUNSET AVENUE - STONEGATE RIDGE}
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Acceptance of Grant Deed.
The Grant Deed da'.ted· September 15, 1977, by ithe South San
Francisco Unified School District, conveying the' property therein
described to the City of South San Francisco, is hereby accepted.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk .is authorized to record or cause recordation
of said Grant Deed. in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
3. Deposit in ,Escrow.
The Director of Finance is authorized to deposit in escrow
·
the sum of Six thoUsand dollars ($6,000), the acquisition price estab-
lished by Resolution No 77-30 of said School District, adopted September
15, 1977.
I hereby certify that the foregoi.ng Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of
October , 1977, by the following vote'
