CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
NO, 1 to AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE
HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City' Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of Amendment No. I to Agreement for Maintenance of
State Highways, which Agreement was executed by the City of South San'
Francisco on July 20, 1977, and by the Business and Transportation Agency
of the State of California acting by and through the Department of Trans-
portation on August 1, 1977, is hereby authorized.
2' The Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City and.the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.

3. The City-Clerk is authorized to endorse'pages 14, 14b of
the Agreement executed July 20, 1977, by the City and'August 1, 1977 by the
Department, with the following words' "Paragraph 9 revised. See Amend-
ment No. 1".
I.'hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council' of the City of South San Francisco
at a reqular meeting held on the 19th day of October ,
1977, by the following vote:
