RESOLUTION NO. 193 -77
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENTION PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by-the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,-directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 52-77 adopted by this
Council on May 4, 1977. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared
by Wilson, jones, Morton & Lynch, Bond Council for the City, shall
be given by the Bond Council causing copies thereof to be mailed to
the various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such
bonds at least ten days before the-date of sale of said bonds. Said
bids are to be received at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on November 30 ,
,
1977, and will be referred to and considered by the City Council at
its meeting at 7:30_.. o'clock P__-M- on December 7 , 1977.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm of
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly
approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance of said
bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of November
1977, by the following vote:
