A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
24-?7 FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
REPORTS AND ESTABLISHING THE FEES
, THEREFOR.
-
WHEREAS, the California. Environmental Quality Act, as
amended by 'the Resources Agency of California, requires local
agencies to adopt procedUres for implementation of the Act, and
wHEREAS, said procedures permit the establishment of reason-
able fees to cover the costs of implementation and administra-
tion of said procedures', and
WHEREAS, the City of South S~n Francisco 'is incurring costs
for said processing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that.
Resolution 24-77 is hereby a~m~nded to ammend Section V "Fees'"
of that Attachment 1 entitled "Environmental Impact Guidelines

for the City of South San Francisco, as follows:

The following fee structure is established for
projects undertaken by non-governmental persons:
1. Ministerial/Emergency Projects
2. Categorical Exemption
3. Negative Declaration
4. Draft E.I.R.
5. E.I.R. Review
6. Appeals of City Planning Com-
mission actions

7. It ts found that projects which exceed a certain dollar
value incur process costs in excess of the base fee set
forth above, and for such projects, the following addi-
tional fee shall be required in addition to the base fee:

The City Planner in computing the cost to determin valuation,
may refer to the Building Valuation Data and Regional Nodi-
fier as set forth in the n~ost current publication of the
Building Standard monthly through the Industrial Conference
of Building Officials. No part of such fees paid, pursuant
to the provisions of this resolution, shall be refundable.
All fees are due and payable upon submission of
an application and upon a determination by the
City Planner or Planning Commission.
