REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAri FRANCISCO
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
CH2M HILL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RE-
LATED TO EAST GRAND AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agen~ of the CiO of South San Francisco and
CH2M Hill California, Inc., entered into an Agreement to Furnish Engineering Services
on August 20, 1980, in connection with the Grade Separation of East Grand Avenue
and the Southern Pacific Transportation Company's Tracks; and
WHEREAS, CH2M Hill has prepared Supplement No. 2 to said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed said supplement be~een said Agency and
CH2M Hill California, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agen~ of the CiO of
South SAn Francisco as follows:
1. Execution of Supplement No. 2 to the Agreement be~een this Agen~ and
CH2M Hill California, Inc., is hereby authorized.
2. The Executive Director is authorized to.execute said Agreement on behalf
of the Agent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agen~ of the CiO
of South San Francisco on this 17th day of November , 1982
