CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR
STONEGATE RIDGE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT
NO. 3, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB-
DIVISION AGREEMENT AND'RELATED ACTS.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval of Map. The Final Subdivision Map entitled "Stonegate
Ridge Condominium Project No. 3, Parcel 3, Parcel Map, 28 Maps 3 & 4, Lot
1, Block 4, 64 Maps 36-38, Portion Lot 1, Block 3, 64 Maps 36-38, South
San Francisco, California," dated May 1977, is hereby approved and the dedi-
cations of sanitary sewer easements A, B and C and storm drain easement are
hereby accepted.
2. Subdivision Agreement. Execution of the agreement entitled "Agree-
ment, Subdivision Improvements, Stonegate Ridge Condominium Project No. 3,"
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record said Final Map concurrently with the subdivision agreement and
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions approved by the Department of
Real Estate of the State of California and City Planner.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a recyular meeting held on the 2no! day of Nove~er
1977 , by the following vote:
