A RESOLUTION .AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED WITH EXCEPTIONS
AND RESERVATIONS - SKYLINE VILLAGE,
A CONDOMINIUM PROJECT.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of Quitclaim Deed. Execution of the Quitclaim Deed by
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, quitclaiming to
Skyline Village, a Joint Venture Consisting of DCA of San Francisco, Inc., a
California Corporation, and Frumenti Development Corporation, a California
Corporation, Parcels A, B and C and excepting and reserving easements
described as Parcels G, I, J, K, L, N, Q and R, as set forth in Exhibit A
attached hereto, is hereby authorized.
2. Execution. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem of the City of South San
Francisco are authorized to execute said Quitclaim Oeed on behalf of the '
City.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of said Quitclaim Deed in the Official Records of the County
of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November
19 77, by the following vote:
