A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A GRANT DEED CONVEYING ORIGINAL
COMMON GREEN PARCELS LOT 27 IN BLOCK
2 AND LOT 27 IN BLOCK 3 - WESTBOROUGH-
WEST PARK UNIT NO. 1, AS PART OF AN
EXCHANGE OF PROPERTIES IN RELATION TO
SKYLINE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Grant Deed. Execution of the grant deed by the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, conveying to Skyline Village, A Joint
Venture Consisting of DCA, Inc., of San Francisco, a California corporation,
and Frumenti Development Corporation, a California corporation, the property
therein described, is hereby authorized to carry out the terms of an exchange
of properties. A copy of the grant deed is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
by this reference incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim.
2. Execution. The Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are authorized to execute
said grant deed on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record or cause recordation of the grant deed in the official records of
the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-.
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November
19 77, by the following vote:
