HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 205-1977RESOLUTION NO, 205-77 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED TO NEW COMMON GREEN PARCELS AS PART OF AN EXCHANGE'OF PROPERTY RELATED TO SKYLINE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT. that: BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco 1. Acceptance. The grant deed from Skyline Village, a Joint Venture Consisting of DCA, Inc., of San Francisco, a California Corporation, and Frumenti Development Corporation, a California Corporation, conveying to the City of South San Francisco, County of San. Mateo, State of California, the common green parcels as described in Exhibit A attached hereto, subject to the easements therein described, is hereby accepted. 2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of said grant deed in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November 19 77 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
