CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
SKYLINE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM PROJ-
ECT AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval, The Final Map entitled "Skyline Village, A Con-
dominium Project, South San Francisco, California," prepared by Theodore V.
Tronoff, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated July 1977, is hereby approved
and the dedication of Parcels i and 2 for street purposes and easements
i through 5 for parkway and park maintenance easements, all as shown on
said map within said subdivision, are hereby accepted.
2. Subdivision Agreement. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Sub-
division Improvements and Common Greens, Skyline Village Condominiums" is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized
3.1 To record or cause recordation concurrently of 'the (a) Final
Map, (b) the Subdivision Agreement, and (c) Acceptance of a
Grant Deed from Skyline Village, A Joint Venture Consisting
of DCA of San Francisco, Inc., a California Corporation,
owner, and Frumenti Development Corporation, a California
Corporation, owner, in the OffiCial Records of the County of
San Mateo.
3.2 To record or cause to be recorded the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions Establishing a Plan of Condominium
Ownership for Skyline Village, upon approval of same by the
Division of Real Estate of the State of California and the
City P1 anner.
4. Building Permits and Sale of Units. No building permit shall issue
and no sale shall be approved until the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions Establishing a Plan of Condominium Ownership for Skyline
Village shall have been recorded.
5. Escrow Instructions. The City Attorney and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue escrow instructions necessary to carry out the purposes
of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2ncl day of November ,
19 77 , by the following vote:
