A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INTERIM MANAGEMENT PLAN
FOR TILLO COMPOST SITE AT THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO-
SAN BRUNO JOINT SEWER PLANT, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
PREPARED BY RALPH NOFIELD, AND AUTHORIZING ITS
IMPLEMENTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South'
San Francisco that'
1. Approval Of Plan.
Council hereby approves the Interim Management Plan
for the Tillo Compost site at the South San Francisco-San Bruno
Joint Sewer Plant dated November 8, 1977, prepared~ by Ralph
Nofield, Project Manager for Reta/Nolte and Associates, Con-
sulting-Environmental Engineers, and recommended by the Director
of Public Services.
2. Implementation.
The Director of Public Services is authorized to
implement said Plan and designate a City employee-or represen-
tative to monitor performance of the Plan in the field.
3. Reports.
On or before the first day of each month, the Direct-
or of Public Services shall report to the City Council the
status and effectiveness of each 'of the elements of the Plan.
4. Varianc~ and Modifications.
If temporary Plan deviations are required to meet
emergency conditions, or otherwise maintain adequate Pla.nt
function, the Director of Public Services may authorize such
·
variances. If the Director of Public Services finds that
Plant modifications are needed, he shall recommend such modi=
fications to the Council as a basis for amending the Interim
Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing.ResOlution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regularmeeting
held on the 8th day of November , 1977, by the following vote:
