REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
SUPPLEMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH
CH2M HILL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RE-
LATED TO EAST GRAND AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Franciso and CH2M
Hill California, Inc., entered into an Agreement to Furnish Engineering Services on
August 20, 1980, in connection with the Grade Separation of East Grand Avenue and
the Southern Pacific Transportation Company's Tracks; and
WHEREAS, CH2M Hill has prepared Supplement No. 3 to said Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed said supplement between said Agency and
CH2M Hill California, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Franciso as follows:
1. Execution of Supplement No. 3 to the Agreement between this Agency and
CH2M Hill California, Inc., is hereby authorized.
2. The Executive Director is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco on this 5th day of January , 1983.
