A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 200-77 REGARDING APPROVAL OF
FINAL MAP FOR STONEGATE RIDGE
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. 3 AND
RELATED ACTS.
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Amendment of Paragraph 3 of Resolution 200-77. Paragraph 3 of
Resolution No. 200-77, adopted November 2, 1977, is hereby amended to read
as fol 1 ows:
3. Recordation.
3.1 The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
record or cause recordation of said final map concurrently with
the Subdivision Agreement.
3.2 The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of Declarations, Conditions and Restrictions upon
approval of same by the Department of Real Estate of the State
of California and City Planner.
2. Addition of Paragraph 4. Resolution No. '200-77 is hereby amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 4 which shall read as follows:
4. No sale of condominium units shall be approved until the
Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions have been
recorded.
I hereby cer'tify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a special meeting held on the 21st day of November
1977, by the fo]lowing vote:
