RESOLUTION NO. 220-77
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5852 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SOILS ENGINEER"
GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the resolution cited in the title
adopted June 5, 1972,. is amended to substitute Earth SYstems
Consultants in place of Harlan Engineers and to substitute $30,750
in place of $24,000 in subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of the letter
attached to said resolution.
The foregoing changes are hereby approved.
