CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM GEMINI DEVELOPERS, INC., A
CALIFORNIA CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Acceptance. The grant deed dated November 15, 1977, from Gemini
Developers, Inc., a California corporation, conveying to the City of South
San Francisco a road and utilities easement as described in Exhibit A
attached hereto, is hereby accepted.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of said grant deed in the official records of the County of
san Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the citY Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of December ',
1977-, by the following vote-

An easement for road and utilities purposes across a portion of that certain
real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, said real property being a portion of Parcels One and Two
described in the deed conveyed by George I4. Smith, Sr. and George W. Smith, Sr.,
as Trustee, under that certain revocable Declaration of Trust dated June 22, 1970,
to Louis J. Poletti and Natalia J. Poletti, his wife, which deed is dated February
15, 1974 and was recorded on February 15, 1974 in Volume 6554, Official Records of
San Mateo County, at page 256 (16456-AH), said easement being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of said Parcel Two, said POINT OF BEGIN-
NING also being the most northerly corner.of Parcel I as said Parcel I is shown
uaon that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP OF LANDS DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 20 IN THE
DEED FROM SPRING VALLEY WATER CO. TO THE CITY & COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO RECORDED
MARCH 3, 1930, IN BOOK 491 O.R. SAN MATEO COUNTY AT PAGE l, FILE 55195B", which map
was filed for record on January 21, 1966 in Book 1 of Parcel Maps at Page 6; thence
from said POINT OF BEGINHING along the northwesterly line of said Parcel 1 South 41°
39' '08" West (called "N 40° 28' E" in said deed) 0.35 feet; thence North 42° 47' 19"
Nest 138.55 feet to a point in the northwester].v line of said Parcels Two and One;
thence along said northwesterly line of Parcel One North 4~° 42' 08" East 3.32 feet
to a point on the southwesterly right of way line of the former County Road now
known as Mission Road; thence along said southwesterly right, of way line South 4]°
33' 52" East (called "S ~2° 45' E" in said deed) 138.87 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
The basis of bearings for this description is the hereinabove described Parcel
Map.
