HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 241-1977 RESOLUTION NO. 241-77 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREE- MENT PROVIDING FOR A PILOT PROGRAM UTILIZING MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE PARAMEDICS PURSUANT TO THE WEDWORTH- TOWNSEND PARAMEDIC ACT. BE IT RESOLVED by the City City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. Agreement. The Agreement between the County of San Mateo, a political subdi- vision of the State of California, Mary's Help Hospital, a California non- profit corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, entitled "An Agreement Providing for a Pilot Program Utilizing Mobile Intensive Care Paramedics Pursuant to the Wedworth-Townsend Para- medic Act", is hereby approved, and execution is hereby authorized. 2. Execution. The Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto. 3. Duplicate Original. A duplicate original shall be maintained in central records by the City Clerk. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of Decemb~ , le 1977, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Richard A.
