RESOLUTION NO. 246-77
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
GELLERT ~ULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. ST 77-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the City Treasurer of said City be, and
he is hereby, appointed Collection Officer and the person to whom
payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Intention
No. 52-77 adopted by this COuncil on May 4, 1977, and that his
office in the City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco,
California, is hereby designated as the place at which the said
payments will be made, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby
relieved of all responsibility in connection with collecting said
assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
December, 1977, by the following vote:
