CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT,
PROCESSING AND REMOVAL OF SLUDGE DISCHARGED AT
TREATMENT PLANT (1977-78)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FPanciseo that:
1. Execution of AKPeement.
Execution of the Agreement entitled "Agreement, Pro-
cessing and Removal of Sludge Discharged at Sewage Treatment
Plant (1977-78)" between The City of South San Francisco, City
of San BPuno and Tillo PPoducts Company, is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The City Manager be and he is hereby authoPized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
laPly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San FPancisco at a regular meeting held on
the 21st day of December , 197_~7: by the following vote:
