CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF A GRANT DEED FROM NEW ENGLAND
MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
(SUBREGIONAL DECHLORINATION FACILITY).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the grant deed executed by New England Mutual Life Insurance Company
on the 22nd day of september, 1977, conveying to the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, a 18.12% undivided interest
in the parcel described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
by this reference, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to

record or cause recordation of said grant deed in the official records of
the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of January
19 78 , by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF SUBREGIONAL DECHLORINATION
FACILITY PROPERTY
All that certain real property situate in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as Parcel 38 on Parcel Map --, recorded in
Book ~8 of Parcel Maps at Page4~_~_, San Mateo County Records,
said ~-~al property being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Parcel 38;
thence from said Point of Beginning northwesterly along
the southwesterly line of said Parcel'38 from a tangent
that bears N42°15'52"W along the arc of a curve to the
left having a radius of 161 feet and a central angle of
2050'54'', an arc distance of 8.00 feet to a point of
compound curvature; thence continuing along said line
tangent to the preceding cur. ve along the arc of a curve
to the left having a radius .of 91 feet and a central angle
of 44°38'14'', an arc .distance oof 7,0.90, feet; thence leaving
the said southwesterly line N55 41 30'E 80.00 feet; thence
S32°44'22"E 66.00 feet to a point on the southeasterly
line of said Parcel 38 thence southwesterly along last'
said line S55°58'52"W 39.12 feet to the Point of Beginning
and containing 0.080 acres of land, more or less.
