A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION OF
EASEMENT FROM BRUNO FANUCCHI, MILDRED FANUCCHI,
ARI/TJR ROYCE AND VIRGINIA ROYCE -- DRAINAGE
EASEMENT (CAMARITAS AND ARROYO)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Acceptance of Easement.
The City Council hereby accepts the drainage easement granted ~by
Deed of Dedication of Easement made by Bruno Fanucchi, Mildred Fanucchi,
Arthur Royce and Virginia Royce, as set forth in said Deed of Dedication
of Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said Deed of Dedication of Easement in the official records of the County
of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular _ ,meeting held on the 18th day of January

DEED OF DEDICATION OF EASF14ENT
Bruno Fanucchi, Mildred Fanucchi, Arthur Royce and Virginia Royce, Grantors,
·
hereby grant'unto the City of South San Francisco, Grantee, and easement in, under,
on, over and along that certain ~ieCe and parcel of real property situate, lying and
being in the City of South San Francisco, County Of Sah Mateo, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows: ~
$~ easement six (6) feet in width across a portion of Lot "A" as lot is sho~ upon
that certain map entitled "RANCHO BURI-BURI, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFOR~NIA,"
which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County,
California, in Volume 25 of Maps at pages 28, 29 and 30, the southwesterly line of
said easement being 50 feet northeasterly of and parallel to the southwesterly line
of said lot "A", bearing North 56° 24' West; said easement being northeasterly of
parallel to and contiguous with the northeasterly line of that certain 10-foot wide
utilities easement described in the deed from Burl-Burl Homes, Inc., a corporation,
to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, dated April 22, 1946
and recorded }lay 8, 1946 in Book 1270, Official Records of Sam Mateo County, at
page 403 (2653-G), said drainage easement being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGI~-NING at a point in the southeasterly right of way line of Ar.royo Drive as said
right of. way line and drive are shown upon the above described map~ said POINT OF
--B~Ik..~ING being the point of intersection of said northeasterly line of the 10-foot
utilities easement with said southeasterly right of waY line, said POINT OF BEGIN-
NING being distant North 58° 31' 30" East 55.13 feet from the most westerly corner'
of said lot "A"; thence fr~n said POINT OF BEGI~rNING northeasterly along the arc of
a curve to the left from a tangent that bears North 55° 05' 48" East having a radius
of'A62.26, feet and.a central angle of 0° 47' 50", an arc distance of 6.43 feet;
thence South 56° 24' East 171.90 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of that
certain parcel of land described in the deed from J. F. Barrett and wife, et al, to
A. Friedman and wife, dated March 26, 1956 and recorded in Book 2999, Official
Records of San Mateo County, at page 97 (42861-N)~ thence along last said southeasterly
line South 27° 42' 30" West 6.03 feet; thence North 56° 24' West 174.83 feet to the

TO HAVE AND TO HoLD the said easement for the purpose of the.construction, reconstruc-
tion, operation and maintenance of storm sewers, together with the right of ingress
and egress therefor.
This Deed of Dedication shall bind the-heirs, successors and assigns, of the party
hereto.
