A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AMENDING
THE BY-LAWS OF SAID REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AND SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF MEETINGS
OF SAID REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, Section 33125 of the Health and Safety Code authorizes the
adoption and amendment of by-laws by Redevelopment Agencies; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
did adopt by-laws in its Resolution No. 1; and
WHEREAS, said by-laws, in Sections 3.01 and 3.02 thereof, did provide
for the time and place for meetings; and
WHEREAS, it was the intent of the by-laws that meeting times and places
generally coincide with the regular meeting times and places of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the times and places of regular meetings of the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco have recently been changed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevlopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco, that:
1. Sections 3.01 and 3.02 of the by-laws of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco adopted on March 5, 1980 by Resolution No. 1
of said Redevelopment Agency are hereby rescinded.
2. Sections 3.01 and 3.02 are hereby added to the by-laws of the Redevelop-
ment Agency of the City of South San Francisco and shall read as follows:
"3.01 Regular Meetings, time.
The Agency shall hold a regular meeting on the second and fourth Wednesday
of each month at seven p.m.
3.02 Meetings, location.
The place of all meetings of the Redevelopment Agency shall be the
Community Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San
Francisco, California unless an alternate meeting place is lawfully designated
and notice of the change of location given in accordance with the requirements
of the Ralph M. Brown Act (Commencing with Section 54950 of the Government Code)."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and aopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a
special meeting held on the 30th day of November , 19 83, by the
following vote:
AYES: Members Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damonte, Richard A. Haffey,
and Roberta Cerri Te§lia
NOES: Member Gus Nicolopulos
ABSENT: None
