A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR NORTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM UNIT SUB-
REGIONAL DECHLORINATION FACILITY,
STATE PROJECT NO.C-06-1235, CITY
PROJECT NO. WTP-74-2A. (ADDENDUM
NO. 1)

that:
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,'
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on 'the 5th day of
January , 197..8, for
NORTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM UNIT SUBREGIONAL DECHLORINATION FACILITY, STATE PRO-
JECT NO. C-06-1235, CITY PROJECT NO. WTP-74-2A. (ADDENDUM NO. 1)
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,

for the bid price of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($ ~7~,~00.00 ). .. ~
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting heid on the 1st day of February ~
