A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A SERVICE FEE AND CONTRACT OF SERVICE
WITH GATES, MC DONALD & COMPANY
(.UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION PROGRAM).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of a Service Fee and Contract of Service
with Gates, McDonald & Company for administration of the Unem-
ployment Compensation Program for the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00)
per employee
, is hereby authorized..
2. The City Manager is authorized to execute said
Contract on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
