A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INDENTURE
OF LEASE FOR 409 GRAND AVENUE, SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of Indenture of Lease.
Execution of the Indenture of Lease between the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Helen Price,
for the premises known as 409 Grand Avenue, is hereby authorized.
2. Signature.
The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
said Indenture of Lease on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
attest his signature theret'o.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
1st .day of March , 1978, by the following vote:
