CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED AGREEMENT
WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DIS-
TRICT - RECONSTRUCTION OF THE PRODUCE AVENUE
BRIDGE IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
~. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of Amended Agreement.
Execution of an agreement entitled "Amended Agreement Providing for
the Construction of Facilities in the Colma Creek Flood Control Project -
the Reconstruction of the Produce Avenue Bridge in South San Francisco" be
and the same hereby is approved.
2. Signature.
The Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of March , 1978, by the following vote:
