REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREE-
MENT ENTERED INTO ON APRIL 6, 1983 BETWEEN THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND
KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1983, an agreement entitled "Consultant Services
Agreement" was entered into between the Redevelopment .Agency of '~the Ci'.ty o'f South
San Francisco and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said Consultant Services Agreement was amended by mutual agreement
of the parties on March 29, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the parties intended on March 29, 1984 to amend the Hourly Fee
Schedule attached to said Consultant Services Agreement, but did not; and
WHEREAS, Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., has submitted a revised fee
scheduled entitled "Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. Hourly Fee Schedule" for
approval by this Redevelopment Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
(1) The Fee Schedule entitled "Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. Hourly Fee
Schedule" attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and the Executive
Director is authorized to substitute said fee schedule for the one currently
attached to the Consultant Services Agreement entered into on April 6, 1983 and.
amended on March 29, 1984 by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 25th day of April , 1984, by the
following vote:
AYES: Members Mark N. Addiego, Emanuele N. Damont~, Rir. hard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
