GALLEN (GELLERT BOULEVARD) BEFIT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. ACCEPTANCE. The Deed of Easement for the Gellert Boulevard Right of Way, dated January 12, 1978, executed by Thomas B. Gallen to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, a copy of which Easement Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and a copy of the plat showing said Easement is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" is hereby accepted , 2. RECORDATION. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recorda- tion of said Deed of Easement in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu- larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of March , 1978, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Ronald G, Acosta, Emanuele N.
