TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS AND SOLIDS
MANAGEMEIIT, FEDERAL PROJECT NO. C-06-1235-120

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 24th day of
January , 1978, for
South San Francisco - San Bruno Wastewater Treatment Plant
Improvements and Solids Management, Federal Project No.
C-06-1235-120 ana C-1267-130
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
DeNarde Construction Company
San Francisco
for the bid price of THREE MILLION, NINE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND, SEVEN
~NDRED TWENTY DOLLARS' ( $3,942,720. O0 )

2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and-affix
thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 29th day of March
19 78 ~ by the following vote:
