A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE,
OPERATION AND CONVEYANCE OF GAS FACILITIES
GELLERT BOULEVARD · EXTENSION
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco, California, that the City shall
make and enter into an agreement for installation,
maintenance, operation and conveyance of gas facil-
ities, by and between the City and Pacific Gas and
Electric Company, dated and in form a copy which has
this day been presented to this Council, and the Mayor
is hereby authorized to execute said agreement in
triplicate, on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk
is authorized to attest his signature and to affix the
corporate seal of the City thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer
is hereby authorized to pay the amount of $20,445 to
Pacific Gas and Electric Company from the Gellert
Boulevard Extension Project Construction Fund in accor-
dance with said agreement, upon receipt of a copy
thereof duly executed by an authorized representative
of Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularlY introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a
regular meeting held on the 19th day of April ,
197~, by the following vote:
