CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR OYSTER POINT MARINA/PARK - DREDGING,CLAY CAP,
LEACHATE CONTROL AND ASSOCIATED WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the Council having received the City Manager's recommendations for
approval of the Oyster Point Marina/Park plans and specifications, does hereby
order that:
1. In accordance with paragraph 6 (a) of the Joint Powers Agree-
ment between the City of South San Francisco and the San Mateo County Harbor
District which became effective November 11, 1977, the following plans and
specifications are hereby approved.
1.1 Construction plans for dredging, clay cap, leachate control
and associated work (Oyster Point Marina/Park, San Mateo County Narbor Dis-
trict, City of SouthSan Francisco) prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson. &
Mendenhall, 611 Veterans Boulevard, Redwood City, California, Job No. 6226-1-1
contai ni ng ten (10) sheets.
1.2 Contract documents for construction of dredging, clay cap,
leachate control and associated work (Oyster Point Marina/Park, South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, California) prepared for the San Mateo County
Harbor ~Di strict, San Mateo, California, by Daniel, Mann, JohnSon & Mendenhall,
Consulting Engineers, Job 6226-1-1 (10).
2. The Director of Public Services is hereby authorized to endorse
approval upon said plans for the City of South San Francisco and file a
copy thereof bearing the endorsements of the Project Manager, General Manager

of the San Mateo County Harbor District, San Mateo County Harbor District
approval and City of South San Francisco approval.
3. The City Clerk is authorized to maintain said construction plans
and contract documents in central records.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 1Zthday of Ma_u ~ 1978,
