BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Execution of Quitclaim Deed.
Execution of a quitclaim deed releasing to the State of California
a parcel of property contained in the State's Trust to the City (Chapter
345, Stats. 1913 and Chapter 56, Stats. 1925) is hereby authorized.
2. Authorization.
The Mayor and Mayor pro tem are authorized to execute said quit-
claim deed on behalf of the City.
3. Attestation.
The City Clerk is authorized to acknowledge or cause acknowledgment
of S'aid signatures and transmit the quitclaim deed so acknowledged to
Mrs. Rosanna Horton, Granted Lands Representative, State Lands Commission,
1807- 13th Street, Sacramento, California 95814.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adOpted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17t~day of ~al/ , 1978,
