CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTIUi'~ ACCEPTING DEEDS FOR
A PORTION OF EAST GRAND AVENUE
RELATED TO APPROVAL OF THE PARCEL
MAP HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that the City CounCil, having
received and reviewed the recommendations of the Director of Public Services and
City Engineer regarding acceptance of the following deeds for a portion of East
Grand Avenue, and the City Engineer having endorsed an approval on the metes and
bounds descriptions thereof, does hereby order as follows:
1. Acceptance of Deeds. The following described deeds are hereby accepted:
1.1 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, which acquired title as Utah Construction Company, to the
City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated February 7,
1978, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
1.2 An Individual Grant Deed from Arthur S. Haskins, Jr., an unmarried man,
to the City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated
December 5, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B.
1.3 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, which acquired title as Utah Construction Company, to the
City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated February 7,
i978, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
1.4 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, which acquired title as Utah Construction Company, to the
City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated March 9,
1978, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
1.5 An Individual Grant Deed from Arthur S. Haskins, Jr., an unmarried man,
to the City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated
February 14, 1978, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E.
1.6 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from the O'Brien Corporation, an Indiana
corporation, which acquired title as Fuller-O'Brien Corporation, dated
March 7, 1978, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.
1.7 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, which acquired title as Utah Construction Company, to the
City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated February 7,
1978, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit G.
1.8 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Utah International, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, which acquired title as Utah Construction Company, to the
City of South San Francisco, dated February 7, 1978, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit H.
1.9 An Individual Grant Deed from Arthur S. Haskins, Jr., an unmarried man, to
the City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated December
5, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit I.
1.10 An Individual Grant Deed frOm Arthur S. Haskins, Jr., an unmarried man, to
the City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated December
5, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit J.
1.11 A Corporation Quitclaim Deed from Southern Pacific Transportation Company,
a Del aware corporation, to the City of South San Francisco, a California
municipality, dated April 5, 1978, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit K.
1.12 An Individual Grant Deed from Arthur S. Haskins, Jr., an unmarried man,
to the City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated
December 5, 1977, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit L.

1.13 An Individual Grant Deed from Arthur S. Haskins, an unmarried man, to the
City of South San Francisco, a California municipality, dated December 5,
1977, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit M.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
of said deeds in the official records of the County of San Mateo, the metes and
bounds of said deeds to bear approval of the City Engineer.
3. Parcel Map Description. That certain Parcel Map described "Parcel Map,
Being a Resubdivision of Parcels 17 & 18 of Parcel Map Recorded in Volume 25 of
Maps at Page 34, San Mateo County Records, and of Parcel 27 of Parcel Map Recorded
in Volume 38 of Maps at Page 10, San Mateo County Records, and a Portion of Lands
of Arthur S. Haskins Described in Deed Recorded on June 1, 1976 in Volume 7141 of
Deeds at Page 390, San Mateo County Records," prepared by WilseY & Ham, Drawing
No. 212-2527-11.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 17th day of Ma~ , 1978, by the following vote:
AYES:' Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, William A. Borba, Emanuele N. Damonte and
Terr~ J. Mirri, Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
