CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONSENT
TO COMMON USE WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC
COM?ANY (GELLERT BOULEVARD)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Execution.
Execution of the Consent to Common Use, same being an agreement
between Pacific Gas & Electric Company and the City of South San Francisco
dated January 18, 1978, for a portion of Gellert Boulevard, is hereby
autho ri ze d.
2. Signature.
The Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to recon~or cause recordation of the
Consent to Common Use in the official records of the County of San Mateo.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 17th day of May , 1978, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, William A. Borba, F.m~u~_?~. N.
Damonte and Terry J. Mirri, Councilwommn Roberta Cerri Teglia
