A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT

that:
RESOLVED'by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 9th day of

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to
the lowest responsible bidder,
Palo Alto Landscaping Co., Inc.
Los Altos, California
for the bid price of SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY-NINE DOLLARS
($ 67,85 .0o ). -
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and.-affix'
thereto the corporate seal of th6 City.
