CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT GP-77-8 IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDA-
TION FOR A PORTION OF THE CALIFORNIA
GOLF CLUB SITE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco
on the 9th day of May, 1978, approved and recommended General Plan Amend-
ment GP-77-8 for a portion of the California Golf Club site as set forth
in Exhibit A attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Council, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of
California, duly set a hearing thereon for the 7th day of June ,
1976, notice of which was published in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of general circulation printed and circulated in the City of South San
Francisco, and which date of publication was more than ten (10) days prior
to the date set for said hearing, and the affidavit of said publication
is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold said hearing on said date and did there-
upon consider said amendment and the statements and communications made
at said hearing, and did further review and consider the environmental
impact report therefor;
NOW, THEREPORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT;
1. The Council hereby adopts as an amendment to the City's General
Plan the amendment recommended by the Planning Commission designated
GP-77-8, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, thereby changing the
designation from medium high density to office professional.
2. The said amendment be endorsed as adopted by this Resolution and
the Mayor and City Clerk shall execute said endorsement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned reqular
meeting held on the 12th day of June ,
