A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PARCEL MAP (BEING
A RESUBDIVISION .OF THE LANDS OF JOSEPH A.
O'REILLY, ET-UX, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED
RECORDED 'IN VOLUME 3332,'PAGE 418, OFFICIAL
RECORDS OF-SAN MATEO COUNTY)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the Council haVing duly considered the parcel map herein-
after more particularly desCribed,' the~ Staff RepOrt dated June 7, 1978,
and the Negative DeclaratiOn'therefOr, does hereby order that.
1. Parcel Map Approval.
The parcel map being a resubdivision of the lands of Joseph A.
O'Reilly, Et-Ux, as described in Deed recorded in Volume 3332, Page 418,
Official Records of San Mateo COunty, prepared by Hans R. Mulberg,Inc.,
Ci'vil Engineering & Engineering Planning, dated March 1978, contained in
one (1) sheet, is hereby apPrOVed.

2. Acceptance of Street and Highway'EaSeme'nt.
The Street and HighWay EaSement dedicated on said map and shown
as Parcel A thereon is hereby accepted.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
said parcel map in the Official ReCords of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify· that the foregoing Resolution-was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
