CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES
AND APPROPRIATIONS PENDING ADOPTION
OF THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR 1978-79.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that pending adoption of the 1978-79 Operating Budget and Capital Improve-
ment Budget, the following are authorized as fiscal year 1978-79 expendi-
tures:
1. Materials and services expenditures at a level equivalent to
the 1977-78 Operating Budget.appropriations except for expend-
itures pursuant to the agreement between the San Mateo County
Convention and Visitors Bureau and the agreement between the
South San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and the City of South
San Francisco.
2. Capital improvement project expenditures in accordance with
the improvement projects now under contract.
3. Salary expenditures at the ranges approved for 1977-78,
except that salaries required to be adjusted for 1978-79 by
approved Memorandums of Understanding shall be so adjusted.
4.Appropriations from the following funds of the sums required
to meet the expenditures described in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3.
