CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT, STONEGATE
RIDGE NO. 3, A JOINT VENTURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Clerk of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. Execution of Agreement. Execution of the Agreement
entitled Assumption Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Stone-
gate-Ridge Condominium Project No. 3, is hereby authorized.
2. Signatures. The Mayor is authorized to execute the
agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record
or cause recordation of said Assumption Agreement in the Offi-
cial Records of the County of San Mateo.
