A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, DESIG-
NATED LANDS OF AYOOB (LAFCO FILE 78-15).
that
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of June, 1978, the Local Agency Formation
Commission of the County of San Mateo did pass and adopt Resolution No.
548 entitled "Resolution of Local Agency Formation Commission of the County
of San Mateo Making Determinations and Approving the Proposed Annexation
of Territory Designated as the Lands of Ayoob, Consisting of 0.9+ Acres
Located between Country Club Drive and Taylor Drive, to the City of South
San Francisco," pursuant to 'Title 4, Division 2, commencing with Section
35000, et seq., of the Government Code,"which resolution described the
boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed to the City of South
San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of South San
Francisco and is uninhabited territory in the County of San Mateo, State
of California, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said territory have given and executed their
written consent as provided by law that the property within the annexed
territory shall be annexed to the City of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San
Mateo, pursuant to Government Code Sections 35151, 35221 and other related
sections, has given its approval and authorization to annex said territory
without notice, hearing or election, and
WHEREAS, the owners of private property included in the territory to
be annexed have given written consent that said property within the terri-
tory shall upon annexation be taxed and subject to taxation to pay any
indebtedness or liability of the City of South San Francisco contracted
prior to or existing at the time of annexation on the same basis as prop-
erty is taxed throughout said City, which written consent is presently on
file with the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of South San Francisco
does hereby:
1. Approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to
the City of South San Francisco, and does further order that the said ter-
ritory be and is hereby annexed to the City of South San Francisco and the
same is designated: "Lands of Ayoob," which territory is more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein.
2. Directs the City Clerk to prepare and file the following with
the San Mateo County Local Agency Formation Commission: (a) Six certified
copies of this resolution approving the annexation, (b) six copies of the
map and legal description of the boundaries affected by the annexation,
and (c) a check made payable to the State Board of Equalization for the
filing and processing fees in accordance with Government Code Section
54902 and related sections.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19th day of July ,

TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CALIFORNIA
All that certain real property situate in the County of San Mateo,
State of California being all of Lot 2 in Block. "G" as said lot and block are shown
on that certain map entitled "Map No. 1 Country Club Park, San Mateo County,
California", which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, State of Calit:ornla on May 9, 1941 in Book 23 of Maps, at Pages 54,
55, and 56 and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of aforesaid Lot 2 in
Block "G", said corner being in the Corporate Limit Line of the City of South
San Francisco; thence from said POINT .OF BEGINNING along the exterior
boundary line of said Lot 2 the following 4 courses: along said Corporate City
Limit Line North 58° 45' East 140.00 feet to an angle point thereof; continuing along
said Corporate Limit Line and along its southeasterly prolongation South 31° 15' East
280.00 feet; South 58° 45' West 140.00 feet; North 31° 15' West 280.00 ireet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 39.200 square feet more or less (0.900 Acres +)
