CITY CouNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL
MAP FOR WESTBOROUGH UNITS
4B & 4C AND RELATED MATTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Approval of Final Map. The final map entitled "West-
borough Units 4B & 4C, South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California," dated June, 1978, prepared by Resources Engineering
and Management, 343 E1 Camino Real, South San Francisco, Cali-
fornia, contained in six sheets, is hereby approved and the
easements thereby dedicated are hereby accepted.
2. Execution of Agreement. Execution of the agreement
between the City of South San Francisco and Imperial Savings
and Loan ASsociation, entitled "Agreement, Subdivision Improve-
ments~ Westborough Units 4B & 4C," is hereby authorized and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record
or cause recordation of the final map and agreement in the
Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on
the 19th
