A RESOLUTION APPROVING STONEGATE RIDGE
CONDOMINIUM PROJECT NO. 3 {REVISED)
FINAL MAP AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS.
that-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Approval of Map. The final map entitled "Stonegate Ridge Condo-
minium Project No. 3 {Revised) (Being a Subdivision of 'Reversion to Acre-
age' in Volume Maps at Pages . , San Mateo County Records)"
dated May 1978, prepared by Aitken and Associates, Engineers, Surveyors,
Planners, Job No. 78013, consisting of seven sheets, is hereby approved.
2. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Declaration
of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions affecting the real property which
is the subject of this subdivision, as approved by the Division of Real
Estate of the State of California, shall be submitted to the City planner
for review and approval prior to recordation. No unit or other interest
in the subdivision shall be sold until the Declaration of Covenants, Condi-
tions and Restrictions is recorded in the Official Records of the County of
San Mateo,~and no building permit shall be issued until same is recorded.
3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record said map con-
currently with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of
