CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING WITH EXCEPTIONS
REVERSION TO ACREAGE OF STONEGATE FOUR-
PLEXES, ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS OF
REVERSION AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS.
WHEREAS, the "Stonegate Fourplexes" final map dated May 1977 and
recorded January 13, 1978, in Volume 96, Pages 71-73, dedicated easements.
to the City of South San Francisco which were accepted by Resolution 168-77 '
adopted October 5, 1977, and
WHEREAS, Subdividers Ross Conti, Dudley Kirkpatrick, Charles Centers
and Daniel Deeters, and the City of South San Francisco entered into an
agreement for subdivision improvements for said Stonegate Fourplexes as of
October 5, 1977, providing for improvement work within said easements,
which agreement was recorded in San Mateo County Official Records on Novem-
ber 18, 1977, in Book 7663 at Page 327, and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of Stonegate Fourplexes petitioned the City
of South San Francsico for approval of a reversion to acreage map entitled
"Reversion to Acreage, Stonegate Fourplexes (Recorded in Volume 96 of Maps
at Pages 71-73, San Mateo County Records,) South San Francisco, California,"
except for' 1)the California Water Service, Public Utilities and ingress and
egress easements as recorded MarCh 19, 1962, in Book 4167 at Page 462, San
Mateo County Records, in, over, across and through the northwesterly 50'
of Parcel A (Book 4167, Page 462, San Mateo County Records); 2) the P.G.&E.
easement recorded August 16, 1962, in Book 4272, Page 648, San Mateo County
Records; and 3) the sanitary sewer easement dedicated by the Final Map
"Stonegate Fourplexes" dated May 1977, recorded in Volume 96, Page 73,
San Mateo County Records, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after duly considering the reversion to
acreage map on the 19thday of July , 19 78 , at a
reqular meeting at which all interested persons were heard,
found that (a) except for 1) the California Water Service, Public Utilities
and ingress and egress easements as recorded March 19, 1962, in Book 4167
at Page 462, San Mateo County Records, in, over, across and through the
northwesterly 50'. of Parcel A (Book 4167, Page 462, San Mateo County Records);
2) the P.G.&E easement recorded .August 16, 1962, in Book 4272, Page 648, San
Mateo County Records; and 3) the sanitary sewer easement dedicated by the
Final Map "Stonegate Fourplexes" dated May, 1977, recorded in Vol. 96,
Page 73, San Mateo County Records, other dedications or offers, of dedica-
tions to be vacated or abandoned by the reversion to acreage .are unneces-
sary for present or prospective public:purposes, and (b) all owners of
interest in the real property within the subdivision have consented to the

reversion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that-
1. Approval of ReversiOn to Acreage Map with Exceptions. The City
Council hereby approves the map entitled "Reversion to Acreage, Stonegate
Fourplexes (Recorded in Volume 96 of Maps at Pages 71-73, San Mateo
County Records) South San Francisco, California," dated May 1978, consisting
of two sheets, excepting therefrom 1) the California Water Service, Public
Utilities and ingress and egress easements as recorded March 19, 1962, in
Book 4167 at Page 462, San Mateo County Records, in, over, across and through
the northwesterly 50' of Parcel A (Book 4167, Page 462, San Mateo County

Records); 2) the P.G.&E. easement recorded August 16, 1962, in Book 4272,
Page 648, San Mateo County Records; and 3) the sanitary sewer easement
dedicated by the Final Map "Stonegate Fourplexes" dated May 1977, recorded
in Volume 96, page 73, San Mateo County Records.
2. Conditions of Reversion. The City Council 'orders (a) retention
of all previous paid fees to accomplish the purposes of Government Code
Section 66499.11, 'et seq., and related City ordinances, and (b) reten-
tion of improvement securities or deposits to accomplish the purpose of
local ordinances adopted pursuant to said Government Code sections and

the provisions of the g.eement, Subdivision Improvements Stonegate Four-
plexes entered into as of October 5, I977, between the City of South San
Francisco and Ross Conti, Dudley Kirkpatrick, Charles Centers and Daniel
Deeters, and recorded in San Mateo County Official Records on November 18,
1977, in Book 7663 at Page 327, Until obligors and their sureties file with
City'new improvement security deposits to replace those previously so filed.
3, Agreement for improvements. The City Council hereby authorizes
execution of an agreement between the City of South San Francisco and
Ross Conti, Dudley Kirkpatrick, Charles'Centers and Daniel DeeterS provid-
ing for the public improvements set forth on Exhibit A to the "Agreement
for Subdivision Improvements, Stonegate Fourplexes" dated October 5, 1977,
and recorded in San Mateo County Official Records on November 18, 1977,
in Book 7663 at Page 327. The Mayor is authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City, said execution to be attested by the City Clerk.
4. Filing and Recordation. The City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record or cause recordation of said final reversion to acreage
map in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo concurrently with a
certified copy of this resolution and the agreement providing for improve-
ments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
