RESOLUTION NO. 95-78
RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY
PROVIDING FOR NOTICE THEREOF ~
(VACANT PARCEL ON AIRPORT BOULEVARD)
RESOLVED, by the City COuncil of the City of South San
Francisco, San Mateo County, Calfornia, that:
WHEREAS, this City is authorized by Section 37350 of the
Government Code to dispose of real property when said property
is no longer needed for public purposes by this City; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the California Environmental
Quality Act of 1970, as amended, a categorical exemption analysis
with respect to disposition of the real properties more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby made a part
hereof, dated December 1, 1977, has been prepared by the City
staff pursuant to which a Notice of Exemption, dated December 1,
1977, has been filed in the office of the City Clerk and the
County Clerk of San Mateo County;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED
as follows:
1. The real property more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof is not needed
for public purposes by the City of South San Francisco and the
disposition of said property would be for the common benefit.
2. It is the intention of this Council to dispose of
said real property at not less than fair market value, either
pursuant to the provisions of Section 37350 of the Government
Code, or other applicable law.
3. Said property is no longer necessary for the City's
use, and in the opinion of this Council it is not capable of
park or recreational development.
4. The Clerk is hereby directed to cause written notice
of this Council's intention to dispose of said property to be
given in accordance with Sections 54222 and 54226 of the
Government Code.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of

All that certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, being a portion of the lands
described in the Deed to the City of South San Francisco, recorded in
Book 1758 of Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 296, said
real property being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said land, thence from said Point
of Beginning along the southwesterly line of said lands N 24°16'36'' W 423.44
feet; thence leaving said line,N 56°12'00'' E 379.64 feet; thence N 33°48'00" W
119.99 feet; thence S 56°12'00' ~.'; 359.51 feet to a point on the southwesterly
line of said lands; thence northwesterly along last said line N 24°16'36'' W
50.63 feet to the most westerly corner of said lands; thence in a
general easterly direction along the general northerly line of said lands
the following courses- N 56°12'00'' E 530.18 feet, N 85°12'00'' E 179.99 feet
and S 55048'00'' E 166.45 feet to a point on said general northerly line;
thence leaving last said line S 7°51'00'' E 682.36 feet to.a point on the
southerly line of said lands; thence westerly along last said line S 82o09'00'' t;
611.58 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 10.790 acres of land more
or less.
Excluded from said real property is the proposed road and utility easement and
the proposed ingress - egress and flood oontrol easement more particularly
described c~ the following pages.

for this description. All bearings shc~nare grid bearings. All distances
shown are grid distances. To convert grid distance to ground distance, multiply

a Deed to the City of South San Francisco, recorded in Book 1758 of
Official Records of San Mateo County at Page 296, said easement being
are particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said lands; thence from said Point
of Beginning along the southwesterly line of said lands N 24016'36" W~114.85
feet; thence leaving last said line N 62o10'54'' E 1.40 feet; thence S 27°49~06" E

of San Mateo County at Page 296, said easement being more particularly
described as follows:
