RESOLUTION NO. 98-78
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR ACQUISITION OF IMPROVEMENTS
GELLERT BOULEVARD EXTENSION PROJECT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
(PROJECT NO. ST 77-5 )
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, San Mateo coUnty, California, that the City make and
enter into an agreement for the acquisition of improvements with
Thomas J. Callan, Jr., Gladys Ann Callan, as individuals and as
trustees for Thomas J. Callan, Jr. and Gladys Ann Callan, dated
this day and in form copies of which have been presented to this
Council, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment, in duplicate, on behalf of the City, and the Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest his signature and affix the corporate seal
of the City thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of August ,
1978, by the following vote:
