CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING COST OF LIVING
WAGE OR SALARY INCREASES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1978-79
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco. that the Council hereby declares that pending modification of
Government Code Section 16280 and/or Section 16280.5, or authorizations
by other statutes otherwise providing, or judgment of a court with juris-
diction thereof otherwise providing, it will not provide a cost of liv-
ing wage or salary increase in the 1978-79 ~fiscal year for-its employees,
or cost of living .increases .for any other individuals including AFDC
and other welfare recipients as now set forth in Government Code Sec-
tion 16280; or an increase in salary in the 1978-79 fiscal year to any
elected or appointed noncivil service officer', as now set forth in
Government Code Section 16280.5
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a ~gt,lay meeting held on the 16th
