DESIGNATED UPON THAT CERTAIN PARCEL
MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 38 OF PARCEL
MAPS AT PAGES 27-29, SAN MATEO
CO. RECORDS."
that:
BE It RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval. The Parcel Map "Being a Resubdivision of Parcel 4,
As Said Parcel Is Delineated and So Designated upon That Certain Parcel
Map Recorded in Book 38 of Parcel Maps at Pages 27-29, San Mateo Co. Records,"
prepared by Hans R. Mulberg, Inc., dated May 1978, consisting of two sheets
(Job No. 77-1015), is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Easements. The City hereby accepts the storm
drainage easements (S.D.E., sanitary sewer easement (S.S.E.) and Public
Utility Easement (P.U.E.) as shown upon said map within said subdivision.
