RESOLUTION NO. 55
A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RECEIVING THE
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO U.S. STEEL PLANT
SITE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHOR-
IZING TRANSMISSION THEREOF TO THE
FISCAL REVIEW COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Redevelopment Agency has prepared a
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the South San Francisco U.S. Steel Plant Site
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, any affected taxing agency may call -for the creation of a fiscal
review committee with respect to the South San Francisco U.S. Steel Plant Site
Redevelopment Project, pursuant to Section 33353 of the California Community
Redevelopment Law (Section 33000 et seq., Helth and Safety Code); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33353.4 of the California Community
Redevelopment Law, if a fiscal review committee is created the Agency shall
send the proposed Redevelopment Plan to the representative of San Mateo
County, 'the temporary chairperson of said fiscal review committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency as follows:
1. The proposed Redevelopment Plan for the South San Francisco U.S. Steel
Plant Site Redevelopment Project is hereby received in the form attached
hereto.
2. In the event a fiscal review committee is created, the Executive Director
is hereby authorized and directed to transmit the proposed Redevelopment
Plan for the Project to the San Mateo County representative to the fiscal
review committee created with respect to the Project.
ADOPTED, signed and approved this 13th day of March, 1985.
