SIDEWALK REPAIR BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council~ of the City of South San Francisco that notwithstanding any prior authorizations, policy deter- minations and procedures, the City of South San Francisco shall follow the procedures set forth in Streets and Highways Code 5600 et Seq. in accomplishing sidewalk maintenance and repair in the City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that. the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 20thday of September , 1978, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Ronald G.
