CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INDENTURE WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPOR-
TATION COMPANY(MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION
OF A 48" STORM DRAIN)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
as follows:
1. Execution.
The execution of the Indenture made the 21st day of August,1978,
by and between the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a Delaware
corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
providing a right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and operate a 48"
storm drain as therein described, is hereby authorized.
2. Si.qnatures.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said Inden-
ture.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation
thereof in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the CitY of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of September , 1978,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Ronald G. Acosta, William A. Borba, Emanuele N.
Damonte, Terry J. Mirri; and Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
